thanxs for inquiry i must say that there is no problem with door if it become in west facing of the house and one more thing west side door is third option according to vastu but there is no problem
and about tv wall unit its become better when it on west or south wall where as also in north if not possible it also put on east wall. there is no problem if tv unit on any wall

i have to conform you that there is no objection to vastu if plot is down or up to road level but one things when you start to use this land and it become in you daily life manner working or starting of construction then it must be required to level. one more thing if the plot become lower then road level it shell be increase you construction budget when you start there any construction activities.and some factor is must affect its as bellow.

Doors and windows are essential furnishing articles of the house and make living a pleasurable there is no problem in kind if the window in west direction vastu says there are no puncture in south and west at a corner it mean, not at SW corner. one more thinking the door and window should be affected when they are not in even numbers.
